Awful customer service. Despite the M&S website stating you don?t always need a bra fitting appointment - you are more than welcome to drop in! I was told on arrival today at a quiet period - 10.00am, that I could not be measured without an appointment. The lady in question who apparently fits the bra?s was rude and abrupt as was the lady who I initially spoke to that took me over to member of staff that does the fitting!She may well of been a manger as she wore a headset! I found them to be extremely unhelpful, and dismissive, which is shocking considering they work in retail. I was told as it?s such a small store they only see appointments!? The M&S in Wolverhampton city centre certainly isn?t a small store! Ridiculous to be honest. They lost out on sales as if I had been fitted I would then of obviously gone on to purchase new bra?s!!! I can safely so I would not step foot in that store again

fantastic staff and very helpful nothing was to much trouble .there was an Indian lady upstairs in home department her customer service was gold star really friendly well done M&S also I am so sorry that this store will be closing ? in November I would like to wish all the staff that work at this store good luck for the future your customers service has been exceptional,

Love this store. So convenient for picking up good quality food in Wolverhampton. Wish they had a swimming costume section and wider clothing selection but the cafe upstairs is always busy. Friendly staff and a great place to pick up flowers.

Although, the staff, overall, give a good service, most odlf the times, the standard of the Cafe service and preparation of some of the foods is not always up to the standard I've become used to receiving from M&S. Also the time when the kitchen stops serving food is different depending on who you ask. Today's service and food were particularly poor - the smoked ham and cheese toasty was soggy and looked nothing like what was advertised.

I was served by a wonderful assistant called Lorraine at marks and spencer in wolverhampton store, she had so much patience and helped me buy a few bra's I couldn't fault her patience, understanding and kindness. Thanks again Lorraine you made my day ??
