I am sick of this branch whenever we come to get my account joint they say come this day then we come and they say the same thing over and over again and I have been here more than 5 times after taking days off work.
The staff is low quality!
They say random names saying they are going to do the application for us and they are all sitting there in their free time and they don?t do anything!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Lloyds Bank Wolverhampton Queen Square branch.
One of the staff members treated me in a rude and dismissive way, making me feel like I wasn?t welcome at all. While he spoke to other customers calmly and respectfully, his tone with me was completely different. He even ignored me and helped another customer who arrived after me.
This isn?t the first time I?ve experienced such unprofessional behaviour at this branch. Customers deserve to be treated equally and with respect, and I hope management takes this seriously.?

Everyone else was lovely except the amanda lady at the desk. Can never be useful or ask a question without being completely passive agressive and rude. So miserable i hope she finds a job she actually likes??

The lady seating in the front desk this morning holding her tablet crossed leg can?t even said good morning to me, I smiled and about to ask regarding deposit but she just ignored me and instead turned to her colleague and talk to them instead of entertaining their customer. To be specific she is still young than her other colleague thats behind the front desk. I think its a poor customer service from her. I went to Natwest instead.

Went into this Branch ( Wolverhampton, Queen Square) on 16/02/24 and stood in the que where you pay in / take out your cash as I wanted to know the date of when I closed my current account. I get to the front of the que and I?m presented with a blonde haired older rude lady! When I told my query, her response ?Errrm, you have come to the cash desk, do you want cash??. What the hell!! I was left gobsmaked! If you don?t want to work with customers then why get a job in this bloody field!!!!
Why on earth would you ask if I want cash when I told you my query. She then told me that I need to go to the staff standing at the front for this query. My apologies that I didn?t know the set up of this branch!! I?m a customer who has not walked into the branch for 3 years, I don?t know the floor plan of your branch as a customer!!! To add, when I walked into the branch, there was no staff standing at the front door!!
Eventually I then spoke to someone who I believe may be called Jas and what a misery of a lady. She gave me one worded answers and then when I asked if she could give me the date I opened the account, she advised that this date was not available! Really? If I committed fraud on my account then I am sure you would be able to pull the full a-z history!
To think I walked into this branch to open a current account. I walked straight out and went to HSBC next door and opened a current account along with a savings! Never again.

Steph has been absolutely amazing at helping both me and my Mum with our accounts. She is compassionate, understanding and explains everything clearly, making us feel at ease when coming into the bank. Brilliant

I love it at Lloyds ?the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Stephanie? she assisted my partner and I when we came into the bank at Wolverhampton. She explained comprehensively and we were able to make the right choice . I?m very settled and satisfied with the services at Lloyds
