My Mum has got a current and saving account with Lloyds and I took my Dad in with Mum to open a joint account. The customer service we received from Michelle was shocking. She was clearly not willing to help at all.

My mrs was spoke to and treated Rude staff looked at me like I was rubbish spoke to me like I was a child didn't listen I explained what I needed to do instead of being polite and saying I'm sorry you can't fo it that way anymore she looked at me in disgust and said well you can't do it it's been like that for ages it was the looking at me like I was muck on her shoe I'd stood in que for 25mins to be spoken to like I was crap on a shoe never using this branch again

Went to Lloyds Wednesfield Monday Jag assisted me with a, credit card query he was very helpful in sorting this out He is an assett to the bank l must add that all the staff are very efficient, friendly and extremely helpful hope they never close ?

Went in today the computer had crashed but the lady behind the desk helped me sort out my transactions and pay my coins in . This is why you need people like this and keep branches open

Great to see a bank open.
The staff was so helpful and the branch is so nice and clean and fresh.
There is some on the road parking outside the door on the street
I would definitely use this branch again

At 03.00am i went to check on my money, 3 times i pit my details in, n 3 times they said it was wrond, now i have to wait until 9am for Lloyds to open at 9sm. Whats the point of internet banking?.
