I am a regular bi weekly shopper at Lidl for years and never had any problems before, Lidl at this location being my go to place for my shopping. I left feeling disrespected because of the attitude from a male staff at the til, I politely asked him to remove two items I realised I didn?t need yet from the shopping as I rushed to shop before the store was closed. The assistant removed one item then claimed I didn?t ask for the second item removed, he spoke to me very rude and abrupt as if I was a child causing me to challenge him in the store. A manager came over to remove the last item but didn?t seem to acknowledge my concern. Another customer said, they heard me ask for two items removed and the assistant apologised. The assistant later said to me that the store is now closed which made me feel dismissed and unwelcomed! I am surprised I was treated this way as I?ve always been comfortable shopping at this location with many friendly staff but I feel this has ruined my experience completely. This was truly an embarrassing situation for myself and I am concerned about the behaviour of that particular staff member, bottom line is I asked for two items to be removed from my shopping and placed back on the counter but there was an argument about my decision which is unacceptable. Kindly take my feedback on board and hope there can be some kind of training or refresher for staff to remind them how to speak to customers.

The staff are lovely, the customers however are the rudest most ignorant people I've ever come across, they leave their trolleys all over the already small aisles, had a lady walk down the middle of an aisle and bang her trolley into mine which was pushed to the side. Just looked at her and shook my head. I feel sorry for the staff having to put up with these idiots

Just i want to some shoping in a lidl super store in wolves. Realy, i like shoping with lidl super store. The food was good and good quality. The staff was amzing performance in his or her jobs. I like shoping with lidl and i just enjoying and i love it. Everyone going to shoping in all lidl super store. Thanks all lidl team members...

I would not recommend shopping here. If you like to take your time, have a mooch through the aisles or you are a little slow, like me have a challenge walking - AVOID this shop.
I was slightly over the 1hr 30mins parking allowance. I realise it is plenty of time for a weekly shop and this would not normally be an issue. However, we are approaching Christmas and I have a family wedding to shop for. I received a £45 parking fine for the privilege.
I shall no longer be shopping at this store.
