Very rushed
Staff have not got very good customer service
Had an issue with my daughter being ill while there and the lady told us to remove ourself from the facility as she did not want us there with an ill child, my daughter was only 3 at the time and teething

I've been coming here for years since I was a kid and it has just gone down hill. Poor service, the manager does not want to see you personally when you have a complaint about being charged the wrong amount. A shame. I'll stick to Dixy chicken.

A good clean KFC with food that was quickly served, looked good, hot, and tasted great.
Plenty of seating and nice, clean, well decorated and nicely lit inside. Not much atmosphere as there were only a few people, but you wouldn't really expect a buzzing vibe anyhow.

Worst KFC around. Iv never know a fast food place as bad as this who ever runs needs to be gone. The food is always cold the chips are absolutely no good .. sort it out !!!

I ordered rice box and mash potatoes and they give me leftover stale food chicken pieces and cold fries this happen 2nd times shame all staff packing staff

Lady at drive thru kept saying she couldn?t hear us and told us to drive up to the window, once we were at the window she refused to open it and we had to go in the store to place our order. Inside the experience was about average (restaurant could?ve been cleaner).

Guy called Ravi works in the kitchen absolutely slow as a tortoise, also texts on his phone while at work so unprofessional. Went to order and he looked at me and stuck his finger up, disgusted. I agree with Indy.
These guys so stupid never put ketchup in after paying for it , shocking Absolute bullocks Terrible KFC lied to me that my sauce was in the bag, checked not there. Put empty bag in with no sauce no shame.
Hi ordered plain ice cream with bits specially stated no areo but gave me areo after repeating no 3 times, poor staff listening skills need to improve

It's a shame you're forced to use the screens and arw not able to order at the til. Not everyone is ok with technology and who really wants to be touching screens that everyone's been touching it ?

The Fry's over cooked hard and dry yuk
The Chicken pieces again over cooked the meet itself was nice but the coating just tasted like flour nothing like KFC ? coating yuk sorry won't be going again to Penn Road KFC sorry
