This is my regular kfc but last few times I?ve been the food is either cold missing and today so over cooked you could smell burnt food, when I took food back the tall Somalian man who is some how allegedly the manager he said was so rude and tried to say chicken cannot be burnt as no complaints have been made today and all chicken is made the same and looks ok and raised his voice and when I asked his name 3 times to make a complaint he refused to give it and replied they?ll no who I am and replaced just 4pc of chicken and said I?m not replacing anymore get out, all other staff at this branch are so sweet and polite I don?t know where they found this guy, no customer service skills and so rude. I?ll attach pictures taken for you to decide if it?s burnt or not

Think you need to sort out the rats in the car par park and make sure your food is hot not much to ask really is it ? Saying food was 28 pounds.

One of my favourite KFC's, I usually get my meal in a timely manner and the chicken quality - I felt , This restaurant was better than other nearby KFCs

Great service and nice KFC food. Enjoyed my time, a few things were off the menu but enough choices to make the meal enjoyable.

Disgusting, picked up 14 piece bargsin bucket which was packed in bag as soon as I put it on table everything came out of bag and whole table was in mess.
Tried to call them ,no answer.
Was disappointed.
