Used this cleaners for the first time taking two coats to be dry cleaned. After receiving them back and taking them both out at home, neither of them looked like a service had been provided and they looked exactly how I handed them in. I rang the shop to express my thoughts and queried if they had been cleaned and I was informed that they were put into the machine that morning. I was offered to take one of the coats back in so they could use the lint roller on it, but I decided against this as could do this myself at home. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and felt it was a waste of money as I genuinely have no desire to wear either coat until I take them elsewhere to be dry cleaned 'again'.

Brand new suit only worn once ruined. It has been pressed all wrong so it no longer sits correctly and have burned the fabric. Lets see if I get the cost of my suit replaced.

Poor. I took a cardigan to be cleaned in good condition and I collected it in holes. Apparently, it was because the cardigan was old and the fibres had broken down! There was no warning, that, this could happen, so, that, I could make a choice to get it cleaned or not!

I have friends who work for this appalling company. Since they introduced single staffing recently they don't get proper breaks. The shops are open for nine hours, but they only get paid eight hours on the minimum wage. This is illegal. Their effective hourly rate works out at £6.96 per hour because they are working nine hours, but only paid eight.

Avoid this place. Lost £800 jacket and refuse to pay because I don't have a purchase receipt! Who keeps those 12 months on. Garment value was on the sales form. They will "loose" your valuable items and then try to get out of paying! Shocking and disgraceful business.
