Went here and waited over 30 minutes in order to buy shoes and nothing happened? no update on anything everytime I went to the same person they would repeat "we are getting it" and then I would go back to just waiting, until I got bored of the shitty service and left the store.

Good most of the time. Most of the workers are efficient and friendly. A minority of the staff are a tad rude.

Visited the Wolverhampton store in April, looking for trainers and a tracksuit for my son, had amazing customer service from a lovely girl called Chanell, she had the patience of a Saint and outstanding product knowledge.
Very polite hard work girl, she made sure we left with everything we came for, saved us a trip to Birmingham.
