Absolutely disgraceful!This branch should be shut down!I went twice to hire a carpet cleaner after paying for it online and getting a confirmation.I was told that it was out of stock both times and something wrong with the system. Customer service is also abysmal, staff should be retrained and system should be updated otherwise... read full comment
