I walked into the shop so stressed and I spoken with beautiful lady Lyn. She was so, helpful and really patient with me listen to how I was feeling and she gave me the right advice. Lynn told me what to had and by the next day I did feel a lot deference in myself. So thank you so much Lynn for the advice you gave me x

Great enquiries. I enquired about cereal foods; even though they don?t stock the exact one I was looking for, I had good conversations with the representative. She was patient with me and she kindly explained everything for me.Good customer service.

My sister and brother in law visited the branch in Wolverhampton and the assistant wouldn't accept a Scottish £10. I thought sterling was sterling. You can use English banknotes in Scotland. I used the Scottish £10 in M&S and it was accepted. Is this standard practice in your shops in England?

First time I've shopped here. I went in for Vegan egg replacement today (14/12/22). It's a lovely store, clean and well organised. There are staff on the shop floor if you need help, which I did. I was guided to my egg replacement by a lovely female staff member. All the staff are great. Smiling, interested in you, knowledgeable and ready to help. Other stores in the city centre could learn a lot from this store and its staff. The checkout was fast and again the staff member was fantastic and very helpful, as my loyalty card would not come up on my phone ?.A pleasurable visit. I'll be back ????

Went into the store to get a gift voucher for ten pounds and was served by a lovely Asian lady. She had a little trouble on the till. So rang a bell for assistance. A young female walked to towards the till asking in a loud voice. What do you want?. Then shouted at her how long have you worked here?. I have been a manager for many years in retail and I was appalled what I witnessed. This member of staff in my opinion should be disciplined or dismissed. A lady who was behind me in the queue could not believe it either. You have such good reviews but this really does let your store down..

I visited the store and was helped by a lovely Asian lady who helped me find everything I needed, as sometimes it's easy to miss stuff! I went in for a few different supplements for me and my parents. I was served by Charlotte on the till, who delivers exceptional customer service, extremely pleasant.I'd recommend this friendly branch anytime.
