Very disappointed with the lack of customer service on Wednesday 12th Oct when I went in to get something for my major swelling with which I couldn?t even stand. The 3 ladies there were not very understanding, asked me initially to wait 10 minutes for my medication, 20 minutes laterI was then advised another 10 minutes. I wouldn?t mind but it was only standard antibiotics, nothing special. I was in absolutely agony and couldn?t even stand up for a minute.The ladies just appeared to be chatting amongst themselves there were no other customers.I was extremely appalled and will not be going back there ever again!!

Gone totally downhill every month a problem with prescriptions not ready or even ordered. Last prescription was sent to the incorrect surgery tried to blame me, it's berm six years since I used that surgery, re ordered as urgent called to collect not even re ordered it! Fuming is not the word! This is my health they are playing with! Never using them ever again back to boots for me.

Phoned to ask about new product(dulcoease) they didn't stock it.

Went there to ask for advice on some medication I was taking, refused to help me and told me to go to the pharmacy I got it from. Would have taken literally less than a minute to ask a generic question but clearly was too busy to help. Now I'm going to have to take up GP's time over someone who may need the appointment.
