Staff are always lovely and helpful but the queues are HORRENDOUS! Staff walk around with iPads, coming up asking can they help, what they need to do is jump on the desks and serve more people at the same time. Too much faffing around

Visited the Wolverhampton, Queen Square branch last Friday. In a time when good customer service is a rare experience, it's nice to be able acknowledge and recognise anyone who provides it. I think her name was LJ Hennessy. Despite being busy with only 2 of them serving at the counters, she thoroughly provided what I required & clarified some queries. The wait for non-counter service could be managed better. Thank you.

0 Stars given. This landline service and online banking is the worst.. Online banking assistants keep repeating the same questions which make no accomplishment.
Over the years iv banked with Metro, Nationwide, Barclays plus Natwest... Halifax has done nothing to improve my financial situations. Halifax has done nothing to remove unauthorised transactions... Halifax is the WORST bank in Wolverhampton maybe the whole country. Halifax has failed and continue to work below my expectations. Stay far away from this bank, your better off creating a national banking society of your own!

Rav was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable about the different accounts. She was patient with us, as we had a lot of questions. Overall, an excellent service provided by Rav.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I?d read the reviews before visiting this branch. Was told to wait 10 mins and after 30 I was still waiting until I went to tell someone and she didn?t even care. Mind you the branch was empty no customers no queues. I gave up and went to Barclays instead and I was seen and out within 10 mins. And there was so many customers in Barclays!! Much better staff there than there is in this Halifax branch

Everytime I come here there is a ridiculous wait time, minimum half an hour wait (at best!) sometimes just to be told to do things online.The branch shuts at 5, meaning working people can only attend at lunch time. If as an establishment you know that, and know you have excessive wait times every single day surely you would do something about it and have more staff on the counters during peak times!

Drunk's on waiting seats at front of bank. Eventually seen by welcome staff ,told us to queue for the counter to open account.Two counter staff, took over 30 mins,to be told got to open online,the chap who told us to queue was on the next till keeping his head down. Absolute joke, 45 minutes of our life wasted.

Just called to report a card found "they can't contact the owner" cut the card up, no details taken and put the phone down on me!!!! How rude so much for trying to do the right thing!!!!
