Rachel pierced my 5yr old ears today, she was so lovely and spoke to the bab not just parents, helped ease little one's nerves a lot! The piercing itself, clean, professionally done, and is perfect! She also remembered my daughter from a previous visit, which was so lovely! Thankyou again!

We came in on my daughter?s birthday! Rachel was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. We came unsure of the piercing we were going to have down and after our consultation it was very clear. I met Rachel today who did my piercing. I was slightly nervous but she put me at ease straight away! She calmed my nerves and was so friendly and approachable. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Rachel! X

We were browsing some bracelets in store yesterday, 30.7.25 (the wife is Wheelchair bound). She wanted something to accompany the bracelet I bought her for her 60th recently. A young family came in front of us to browse. You could tell they had no interest in the cabinet just wanted to block us. When your with someone in a Wheelchair the ignorant world sticks out like a sore thumb. We left the store out of disgust and went elsewhere...sorry

After visiting a number of jewelers in the town with a very nervous daughter, we decided H Samuel's had the best talk through and Rachel made my daughter feel comfortable and quickly put her at ease with her fears. She made the procedure easy with good aftercare advice. The other assistants in the store were also friendly and came over to congratulate my daughter. Excellent service, great team.
