I had my eyebrows and facial threading done and by Geòrgeous beauty salon dudley road, Wolverhampton by the time I got home my face was full of bumps all over.I have never seen anything like this before.I have had threading done before but never had any issues.Now my face is sore and bumps won't go, is now a week since had it done.Went back today to show them and ask what can I do. I was told to put ice pack on face. I believe the lady who I spoke to is very stupid.I now feel so bad to go out with my face ruined with bumps like raisins.I figured that perhaps the thread used was not clean or sterile,or could be that the lady who did my face hands were dirty.

Been going to this salon for a while for eyebrows ? not because the service is good really but because it?s the only local place I know which does eyebrows.Firstly the lady who works on reception is god damn rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. She is rude and arrogant. Not sure who she thinks she is. Secondly the wait in this place can be a while if you go on a Saturday afternoon for example which is absolutely fine if everybody is treated fairly. This is NOT the case. If somebody comes in who is known to the receptionist - they will get seen before people who have been cueing and waiting over half an hour. Completely unacceptable. The lady on reception is very rude and dismissive. She has no customer service skills what so ever. The ladies doing the eyebrows are no better really. I mean they are good at what they do but they have poor customer service skills too and hardly smile or make you feel welcome. My job over the next couple of weeks is to look for a new place to get my eyebrows done. I?d suggest anyone reading this review to do the same thing and not waste your time or money here. Iv been going here for about 2 years and will not go anymore! I?d rather give my money to somebody else who deserves it.

I had an appointment yesterday for pedicure at 2.30pm, arrived on time they kept me waiting until 2.55pm I asked lady how long, she said ive told her you are here..i ended up walking out and cancelling, as I had a meal booked at 3.30pm..why have an appointment system if you cant stick to it! So annoying!

I am very disappointed with my service today. Even after showing them pics of how i want my eye brows done they still messed up. They didn?t even apologise for their mistake. I would not use them again.

Two lovely ladies just now who waxed my full face, neck & eyebrows did an absolutely fantastic job. Raji, who waxed my face & neck was really kind & did a really superb job. My face & neck felt and looked great! Another lady with her who did my eyebrows was amazing and I was so happy with how they looked once she showed me. Thank you so much :)

First visit to this place for a massage, done by RAji who was just fabulous, I presented with a tennis elbow and lots of stress, she totally understood the issues and worked her magic,So much so I stayed for another and just booked againThank you so so much for the relief
