Stitching came loose on a walking shoe after 6 months. They had a look and exchanged them for a new pair. Very good service.

We were looking for Walking Boots, and was served by a gent named Adam. We told Adam our budget and use of the boot. He gave us advice on brand, sizing and alternative lacing methods.
The lady at the checkout was also very friendly and helpful.

I visited this store hoping to test out the OEX roof tent. They had the tent set up at the front of the store on a bracket, covered in cobwebs and spiders for Halloween. When asking a staff member if I could climb into the tent to see how comfortable the tent was before parting with £650, the young girl proceeded to ask over the tannoy if this was possible. I was told no because it doesn't have the correct brackets. What is the point of setting up the tent at all if you can't see it properly or actually climb in to see if it's suitable. Terrible customer service here.

A great shopping experience for outdoor related products. Place was clean and tidy. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Abbey on the till was very helpful and turned out it was her first day! The staff training must be good as she was super professional. Great range of products at keen prices. Would highly recommend!
