Went in to collect an order for my aunty. The man who I approached was all nervous and giggly , another women had to come over and kind of take control. I had the card in which my aunty made the purchase on as well as her photo i.d to which the lady told me she had to physically come in and collect the items herself. Which I'm not sure why as I had all relevant i.d required. I will never step foot in that shop again.

The online customer service is awful, unhelpful and tries to rip customers off, wouldn?t advise buying online from Footasylum. They lost my custom and will buy From elsewhere in future. Sadly I wouldn?t even give 1 star but to review that the bare minimum.

Dropping the rating from 5 to 3. Not much staff in the shop. Long queues and waiting time. Wanted to try and had to wait almost 10 mins just to get someone's attention outside the waiting room. I am sure the staff doing their best but they need more.
