Turned up to pick some parts up seen the que going into the carpark and just left. The business is not suitable to serve Wolverhampton and needs to be upscaled to support the volume of customers.

Customer service is awful to be honest very slow service gave me parts with broken boxes and broken sealed used parts scratches I can?t believe it when I checked out inside the boxes it?s looks like parts been used before and dirty scratches all over tell him to give me another one he told me to come next day I left the parts because already I paid for it when I went next day pick up the another one it wasn?t sealed again opened boxes but I took it seems like it was wiped the same one i had to go to work was in rush I might return it back to them soon not happy at all very disappointing service from this branch I can?t even believe how the staff can do that with the customer like this it?s the big company you can?t do that with your customer what I need to

Be prepared for long queues as this facility is poorly run, only 1 person taking orders and collecting on a weekend, can be in a queue for over an hour. They should have at least 2 people working to get through the queue quicker. The amount of people I see come in and walk straight back out is unbelievable.

Every time I come here there is a queue. I?m currently standing in a queue that is 12 deep and 3 behind me. There is only one member of staff on the till who has just gone out the back leaving us all wondering what?s going on. This is the third time this has happened to me at this branch. Also they do not acknowledge those that are waiting. Really poor customer service and I would avoid if you need parts in a hurry.

Horrendously short staffed. Large queue of people on a Sat afternoon to the door with apparently only one person actually handling orders.
Appears reading other recent reviews this is a common problem over the last couple of months. You have to feel for the people working there

DO NOT LEAVE THE STORE!
If the parts you have purchased have the security seal broken on the box!
Had to replace a pair of drop links.
We all know they never come off easy so they are ruined.
Pre ordered new ones from here. Went to the store and they Gave them me with the security seal broken but the parts were still sealed in a plastic bag.
Parts were slightly dirty, had ware marks on them and the joints moved freely!
Told them to get me different ones these were obviously used, but tried to tell me they can't be because there sealed!
They were the last ones in stock!
Had to take them anyway because the car was stuck on someone's drive who needed it gone by 5pm!

They sell broken low quality items and take no responsibility when confronted about it. Don't expect to get your moneys worth or to have something replaced when found something faulty.

Bought a black bucket here and found out it?s got a massive crack at the bottom when i got home. Went back the day after to return it and requested for a new one, however they declined it just because I don?t have a receipt. The black bucket still has the bar code and I have a confirmation of the transaction on my bank account. Very disappointed that they won?t even accept such a simple request to not offer me a new bucket. Not recommending this place

I ordered online as a click and collect order. When I arrived there was a queue of 2 people and only one person serving. The queue got bigger and could not believe how slow the service was. I waited 30 minutes to be served, i was 3rd in the queue, i gave up, never again, will use delivery or go elsewhere, i won?t pick up my items as they will refund me after 7 day. They need to get to grips with the modern world, first and last time there.
16 April Update. Not had my refund yet. But they have emailed me saying i have collected my parts. I Have Not!!!!
22 April Update. Called numerous times, eventually got to speak to someone, didn?t need my order number, appeared to get fobbed off. On 20 April used their Web chat, better response, appeared more genuine should get refund back 2 to 3 days but need to email back after 7 days if the money not returned. That would make it about 27 days after ordering around 20 days after not collecting. Not good?

Waited for about 20 mins ,there was only one person serving very slow service i was third in the queue the at least 6 more customers entered .in the end they didnt stock what i wanted
