Not a good experience. All he wanted to do was rush, rush. I wanted to see if I could add an additional line to my account and to be told I cantvas my accountis fairly new. I then asked what my current internal credit rating was and he just advised me he doesn't have that information which i know to be untrue as a previous visit to the store I was told this. I guess he couldn't be bothered or didn't know how to check. While sitting down I overheaed a woman ee staff very rude to a cx. I think when I do add additional line or upgrade I will visit another ee store. There are too many bad reviews on this ee branch, Wolverhampton and now I can understand why.

Saw rachel today nothing is too much trouble she absolutely brilliant a credit to the store got my work phone sorted with the screen broken just cant thank you enough rachel your great ?

Staff are rude and unwilling to help been with EE for years, sack all the staff and find people who want to assist existing customers!

I went there for a new contract and Simone helped me do it, even when something was not working out she tried her hardest to sort it out.

Nothing positive to report.
Staff did not advise that a hard search will be placed on my credit file when upgrading from sim only to sim and phone.
Staff did not allow time to read through the contract they pressured me to sign.
Staff did not advise that my sim plan cost will increase (i only wanted a phone ,no changes to my sim plan, now its £10 more although they said it will remain the same).
Staff failed to provide a selection of options but rather choose to promote the most expensive.
Overall, it looks like a place the Staff hangs out ,chat amongst themselves rather than looking after paying customers.
The day I came in I was desperate due to loosing my old phone, so can't wait for my contract to end so I can switch to someone else after almost 10 years.
It's sad to see that customer service is the least of the employee's concern, they were even making fun of my device choices and tried to convince me choosing a device I couldn't afford.

Manager is rude agressive, issues could be sorted in store but refused to do so. Coercing elderly people into contracts they specifically stated they didn't want then shouting at them when they explain that that isn't what they wanted , being agressive and rude, looking people up and down as if what we look like relates to how we should be treated in their store. Disgusting store and staff.

I visited there for some help but the unhelpful she didn?t resolve my problem, at the same time I went to the Bilston store they help me to resolve my issue. Thanks to Bilston staff.

i visted today in wolverhampton mander center .about my sim plan .one of the employee simone she was very rude .i just asked for can u cancel the my monthy plan .bcz when i am buyed the sim . lady there she said u can come here if want the cancel .but now nobady wants to help me .i have sim from e e last 3 year but now i need to change the with another company .thank you

I tried to find out if BT guarantees the internet via Wi-Fi. The staff kept saying that they guaranteed wifi. But that wasn't my question. they kept saying it was the same thing. I asked for some proof that they guarantee internet via Wi-Fi. The consultant suggested that I had to sign a contract and then they would give it to me and I would see it. After a few minutes of explaining to the staff that it was not the same, one of them said to the other, "Just live it." Saying something like that in front of a client is impertinent and unprofessional. They don't know what they're talking about, and they don't listen to questions. They say they guarantee something, but they can't provide proof. The incompetence in this store reached the sky.
