I went to dunelm in wolverhampton on Tuesday, the value of my shopping at this store was just over £165 when looking for certain things there didn't seem any staff to ask, so some of the things I went for i couldn't get ,got to check out to find you had to use self service which I was not happy about considering I had... read full comment

My wife had taken a item back due to a chip the base of the glass and as it was an online order only the lady in the store sorted it out for replacement to be sent out..great products and really lovely helpful staff.
