Amazing experience, we dealt with Gordon who went above and behind to help us pick our perfect bed and mattress!!! Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very knowledgeable and showed us how to use the Ottoman style beds we were looking at. Knocked money off our bill, got free delivery if you have their guys build the bed and received a free mattress protector! Can?t recommend Gordon enough!!!!

Detailed assessment of back /neck with the machine to find out what mattress I needed . Various mattresses shown and encouraged to try . Hot drink offered , pillow at discount price, great service and patience given for me to choose best option . 100 days option to return and I can choose another if it doesn?t feel comfortable

Such a pleasure dealing with the staff in bentley bridge. I was served by gordon, but they all seemed happy to help and serve me. Nothing was too much trouble. And I was able to get what I wanted, rather than having to have things I didn't want. They built up an order for me, and explained everything on the order. Made sure that it was to my liking, and then I ordered it. Even the delivery guys were nice and helpful. Definitely the place to go if you need a bed

Very helpful staff. Used the sleep machine to find which mattress suited best, I formation on several beds in the store, purchased chosen bed, was offered a drink as well, all went well and deal finalised easily. Just awaiting delivery now

On entering the Bentley Bridge store we were greeted very amiably by Gordon. We told him we were looking for a mattress but weren?t sure what type we needed. He pointed out the ?sleepmatch? bed and talked us through the process. He then offered us a drink while we picked out a pillow that was most suited to each of us and proceeded to show us the mattresses best suited to our profiles. We decided to go for pillows and mattress. We were then seated, offered another drink and everything from delivery to insurance cover was explained clearly. The paperwork was completed quickly. All in all it was great experience. It felt like we were being genuinely helped rather than pressured by a salesman. I wouldn?t hesitate to use Dreams again and will recommend to others.
