Exceptional Service from Cam ? A True Asset to Currys!
We had the pleasure of being helped by Cam at the Currys store in St John?s Retail Park, and we couldn?t have asked for a better experience. Cam was absolutely amazing ? knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly understanding. He really took the time to listen to what we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we were making the right choices for our home.
It never felt like a sales pitch ? just honest, helpful guidance from someone who clearly knows their stuff and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thanks to Cam, we left the store feeling confident, well-informed, and so happy with our purchases.

Jay was extremely helpful, guiding us on the appliances and discount offers if we purchased more than one. Which was ideal as we were redoing our kitchen, so we need several appliances.
The in-house Currys Care & Repair Plan is beneficial to purchase, too, and cheaper the more years you purchase - 5 years maximum.
We have brought several products from Currys over the years and would highly recommend this store. Keep an eye out for their offers, sales, and/ or discounts.
There is free parking, but be careful only for 2 hours... if you go over, ask in store or/& appeal it with your receipt.

Terrible experience, absolute rubbish customer service, I?ve been trying to exchange a ps5 controller under warranty for the past 3 weeks they had the console collected along with the controller even tho I only need the controller swapped and have recently emailed me to say they are out of stock and so I need to wait till they get back to me when they have stock of another ps5, originally due to the mess around I was also promised £40 as a good will gesture, that was 2 weeks ago and when I called today I found out they hadn?t sent it. I could write multiple paragraphs of other problems for other products but as all their call centers are breached out to other countries the people I?m talking to don?t care me or my product in the UK.
Thought I?d update here, I called in now 6 days after asking for a manager call back and 7 days after asking for the higher escalation team to callback hoping one would, was told the higher escalation decided the manager can deal with it and don?t think they should let me know and the manager still hasn?t called me. When I called in the devices they would call me back tomorrow so it?s going to be dragged out further and if I need to raise it to higher escalation it will be another 7 days of waiting. Oh btw they still have my console and £450 I paid for it. Nothing has been returned.
