For such a popular store, you'd have thought they would calculate the amount of people who would buy such a good gaming TV. The staff member was helpful but couldn't give us satisfaction. We went elsewhere and Currys lost customers. Sort it out for the special times that people need them

The store is that it is, a place that employs young people who don't want to be there or help you unless they sell you something high in price. Ask them anything technical that requires more than retail knowledge, and you get a blank look with glazed-over eyes. Everyone seems to be very, very busy, despite there only being around three customers in the place, but they're running around doing something. I made a click-and-collect purchase, which required very little interaction with people. However, I find it strange that it opens later than everything else in the retail park.

I am going to give 1 star to the currys but if it their is -5 then I would give them -5 stars. i did choose currys for my phone i select an iPhone 15 pro max. Which was not in stock. The staff said the order would come in 2 days. i paid full amount of phone by card.after that, they said you will get an email then come to store to collect your item from the store. I was waiting for the email, but then they called me and said your parcel has arrived but their is no phone in the box.they will have to investigate that what happened to your device. It will take 14 to 21 days for investigation. I said it is not my fault. I want my phone. I have paid you full amount, so please cancel my order. But they said that case has been filed, you cannot cancel, you will have to wait and so on. now i am waiting and their is no any update. I don't have a phone in my hand even after paying so much money.I have never seen such a bad customer service.If I had known there would be such rubbish service I would never have gone.If this can happen to my item then no one's item is safe.

Currys is basically a dodgy middle man that wants to rip you off. Keep that in mind and the staff they employ will make sense. Don't be fooled into thinking youre getting a good price, they will get it back with premium delivery. The delivery men I had, had the audacity to ask for extra money. I rang to complain and the woman who answered was half asleep and uninterested. The products are good, I'd be worried if you did get a faulty item as to what help you'd get though.

Easy enough to shop at Curry's, I've never ever had a problem shopping with them but I hear they don't have the best return / exchange policy. I may be wrong though as I have never had this issue myself.

Went in to purchase a vacume cleaner. Staff were not very helpful upstairs ignored for ages but it wasnt busy, been in a couple of times and the same has happened, thought Currys would care more about customer service especially with so much competition online

Went into my local store yesterday looking for a TV with my partner...when the biggest fake gangster came in demanding a TV to be taken to the till...the sales assistant Gus was serving me at the time.....part time gangster demanded Gus to bring his TV to the till...Gus replied...im sorry but I'm with a customer...part time gangster didn't like that....he started shouting...threatening...I'll find out where you live.....what an idiot....Gus you handled it very well...commendable...well done.....and the idiot didn't get tv....professional well done....

Hardly anyone to assist. The man in charge of smart TV's was rude as I told him I'm disabled & cannot stand or walk I had to sit on the floor !!!

An ok store did not like the salesman as he was only interested in selling a television of around £1000, indercating television under this amount aren't worth buying. This is poor customer service at its highest
