After waiting 10 mins in a long queue as only one person was working behind the counter taking orders and preparing the drinks she told me we don?t have any ice left so no cold drinks!!! Why would ice run out unless she is too lazy to make my frappe. Very disappointed

Shop says open 24 hrs but the worker states not open. She said restocking and will take 20 mins, so we decided to stay. After few mins she came and said it will take more than 20 minutes. I am not sure if this is true, we just needed hot drinks but I guess Costa needs to investigate this location. Only experience but a worse one. Came from US, that's good it's not my occasional route.

Big shout out to the two members of staff working though the night on Sunday 27 August. Super friendly and one mopping the floor whilst the other made me a great cup of coffee.Hard to be chearful at 1.18am but they managed it!
