I think in wolverhampton train station costa saff are not happy to serve any people and I order chai lattes and they give just milk no flavour in lattes

I ordered a oat latte and they used semi skimmed milk instead. I was in a hurry and I didn't say anything but that is not ok at all. What if I am intolerant? Will they be responsible? Not nice.

Visited today before getting my train well Im absolutely disgusted with the manager at this branch it?s 9am so it?s busy a seat comes free so me & my disabled fiancé goes to take a seat but then the manager approaches me and ask me & my disabled partner to move from the table as a customer has ordered food already in which I replied my partner is disabled and needs the seat as the person who wants out seat is much younger then us. I stated the customer who wanted my seat should have left something on/near the table or asked me. It?s a first come basis in my opinion as I?ve visited costas all over the Uk. I?m not happy at all. Nice way to treat disabled people Costa!

been going there gave them the world class customer business and love all those evenings with warm (vanilla coconut latte) cant forget i started off going from a different branch but taste has always been same wouls definately recommend 1 time love the craft brew and poured love.
Dietary restrictions: they gotten allergen menu kindly inform the staff the definately help with it

unfortunately i didn?t get served, customer services no good, i?m at the till, and instead of the assistant informing me she will be with me shortly she continues to make a drink possibly for an previous order. but for me communication is the key? i had a train to catch and didn?t know if i was gonna get sever or not and felt ignored. :-(

Called in with a colleague for a coffee and a croissant before travelling. The member of staff couldn't have been anyone disinterested. I tried to engage with the member of staff serving, but her sour attitude made that impossible. The coffee was not pleasant, and the croissant was stale. Not a great experience.

Was served this morning at around 8.40 - service was polite and prompt and the cafe was clean and tidy, and my coffee was ok. Unfortunately though, the almond croissant I bought was stale, which I only realised later in the morning consuming it at work.
This is a worrying indication of quality control in the cafe - for the prices Costa charge now for their food and drink, and generally in an rising cost of living climate where going out for a Costa coffee and pastry is becoming more of a luxury, the goods need to be of high quality to match, and something as simple as replacing pastries that have been there for a while is a basic method of quality control that really should have been met, for the full price I paid. Sadly this fell really short of my expectations and I wouldn?t be inclined to return for food again - I hope they sort this out for the future.

Hands down the worst coffee I've had and I drink a lot of coffee. It's always bitter. (Tried it 3 times) The vegan options are very limited compared to other Costas no oat.milk only their own blend which is really dry and not nice.
Vegetarian options: Terrible.oprions for vegans .

Nice place
