Absolutely chuffed I found this salon. Had my nails done by the lovely Nadine today. Such a fab job!! ?I Googled nail shops in the area. The reviews were so good I thought I'd give it a try. So glad I did. Everyone looked after me so well. I can't wait to go back for more treatments. Owner Anna is so warm and friendly too. Such lovely people. Would absolutely recommend ?

I love the service i get here. Always friendly, willing to listen, care about their clients! Nails always come out lovely and everything that they use is always nice and clean! They take their time once I was even late (which was my fault) and they still made sure to do the service properly. Definitely a place to visit!

I had my hair cut yesterday by Anna and I have been coming to Anna for about 3 years but this time I am not happy with the service I received. Coming to get your hair should be a relaxing experience but my experience was far from it. Firstly Anna really rushed my appointment as she had to leave early so it was very 'rush rush' I mean I wasn't even offered a glass of water. She cut me some long bangs which I asked for but they are very thick and look ridiculous. I wasn't even shown the back of my hair with a mirror like the previous time. Anna also thinned my hair which I DID NOT ask for!! Big mistake Anna. I asked for layers but they look so choppy and awful. When Anna was blow drying my hair she was very rough banging the hair brush into the side of my head. When she straighted it, she just grabbed big chunk and didn't even bother to section it.I'm a working mom so when I come to get my hair cut I want to have a relaxing experience but I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing Anna as I knew she had some sort of a medical appointment to attend in the afternoon. The way she speak to her staff is rude and she needs to crack a smile, just made me feel awkward. Poor Olivia looks like she doesn't even want to be there and I can't say I blame her!Safe to say I won't be coming back.

Love my new hair! Anna was great and immediately understood what kind of cut I wanted and was able to provide excellent expertise and fit my sister and I in last minute . All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which isn?t always the service you get at other salons. Price was also very reasonable considering the current economic climate. I couldn?t recommend her/the salon any more! Definitely will be back again soon.Service: Blowouts

Staff are so friendly and I love being pampered here getting my hair done. Lately I had a consultation as it had been a while since I last had my haircut and I walked away with a lovely cut and blow-dry.my hair looked healthy having a leave in treatment- silky as silk!
