Went in to purchase one item. Used self checkouts and it crashed after payment and didn?t give a receipt. Told staff and they made me pay for it a second time on a different machine despite me showing them the banking app on my phone which proved the money has already come out of the account immediately.
Awful customer service to someone who regularly uses the shop for every-day items. Despite showing I had already paid for the item, they were suggesting I was trying to steal the jar of passata? Given the accusation, I paid twice for the item.

Worst shop in Wolverhampton. The grey haired male manager is vile, he speaks to everyone like dirt, even my elderly 82 year old grandmother.

the staff are always friendly and ready to help I know from living in the area the store is a target of frequent shoplifting and the staff deal with it regularly but despite this the staff are still always friendly and welcoming

One of the youngish workers with silver hair isn?t a very welcoming worker at this shop always coming across rude and intimidating with her angry expressions especially with the metal in her face.

Haven?t been in ages due to poor customer service I have received in the past here. Went in today 9:30am, empty store and one other customer. Why is someone pointing out there are cameras over the intercom system? Last time I?ll be coming here

Walked 15 mins in the rain, arrived at 9:55 on a Sunday to see the shutters down, 30 mins of walking for no reason. Wont return, will use Sainsbury's from now on ?

Every time I place an order there is something missing. Then NEVER exchange items out of stock for an alternative. My latest was for cat food. No cat food delivery only the stuff I didn't really want so had to get dressed at night to buy cat food. Waste of time and money.
