In the first week of March I brought my son in for his first pair of shoes during the weekday at around 3-4 o clock. The lovely young man working in the store at this time is a credit to Clarks & taught us some really cool tricks to get our sons shoes on. He was ever so patient with my son, kind & very helpful, a natural at his job. The shoes themselves are great & my son is walking much more confidently with shoes that fit his feet perfectly.

I wanted to give feedback to the lovely young man who served us today in Clarks Wolverhampton. He was so helpful with my son measuring him for school shoes. He was patient, kind and understanding, even letting mySon run in the new shoes as my son is a bundle of energy. Thank you for being so wonderful with kids. Service like this brings customers back to Clarks. He is a credit to your company.

They are closing down in 2024. Nothing to tell us this. They are now just an outlet with no new stock. Had to go to Wolverhampton to get new school shoes
