As usual I went to carpetright to buy my carpet, I was greeted by Maria (customer adviser) she was very informative and helpful (but not pushy) I chose my carpet and she quickly processed my order and got me a delivery/fitting date really quickly. Thankyou Maria.

We decided to get new carpet for our offices. We visited the store and spoke to Maria. She was wonderfully helpful and was a real hand in the process.We?d been to other stores at other carpet places, but they didn?t come close to as helpful as Maria here.She helped us get a really really good deal, and saved us time and money.I?d recommend Carpet right and also Maria specifically without any reservation!!

Ordered some carpet for our living room. Very pleased with the service, Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about the different types of flooring available. Eventually (after much indecisiveness!) I was able to pick a carpet and underlay that was suitable for me.The carpet arrived on time, fitters are very friendly and quick to fit. Would highly recommend prices are reasonable and of very good quality. Thanks for the service, will use again.

My husband and I recently bought a house and we needed new carpets. We happened to be passing past this store, so we decided to go in. We spoke to a gentleman called Chris whom we couldn't recommend enough! We explained our needs and also the budget we had, and he made sure we knew exactly what was costing what and where we could spend more on things and also where we could save. There was no question he couldn't answer. We left the store with better carpets and flooring than we thought we could afford! Great store and brilliant customer service!!!!!
