Raj replied to me within an hour and called me to discuss options. Came out to us in hours that suited us and has put our beautiful carpets in within a week for a truly great price! Raj has repeatedly called me to keep me upto date with what was happening and when things were happening and then gave me a final call to ask if I was happy with the end result. Which I truly am! Although I never dealt with the fitter as my hubby was there for that from my husbands words he was a friendly well experienced fitter.
