I went to buy birthday cards, and there was an offer: 8 cards for 90p.
After buying a bundle, I noticed a large selection of cards near the entrance where customers could choose their own 8 cards. I wanted to swap mine, so I asked a staff member?an older woman with glasses. She looked quite annoyed but said yes.
My little daughter and I carefully picked out our cards, and I showed them to her, handing over the original bundle I had bought. She still looked cold and began counting the cards, as if she thought I might have stolen one. It was such an unpleasant experience!

I went in after Mother?s Day to pick up some bargains and purchased a massive haul. What a bargain at half price. The selection of items was great. The service I got from Ryan and Jo was absolutely amazing!! They were both very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs in purchasing this massive haul and carrying it to my car. Nothing was to much trouble for them and they answered all the questions I had with great knowledge. I love this particular card factory shop as it?s well laid out and the staff are awesome. Thank you for making my shopping a lovely experience. I will be back soon.??

I had great experience yesterday I visited. The staff members were really helpful and friendly. I was able to get the cards I needed. Good place.

Bought calendars A4 size excellent price £2.99. Great shop with a wide range of cards toys gifts diaries calendars and much more. Excellent and polite members of staff whom are welcoming.
