It?s 2024 not 1924.
Lunchtime is when people have chance to visit the chemist.
Needs to be open all day and close later.

I cant praise the staff in there enough. Every single member of staff are unbelievably friendly, polite, welcoming and make anyone feel at ease, comfortable and able to talk to them about things that usually are incredibly personal to the customer.Got to be the the nicest workforce in any retailer anywhere..if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. So thank you to any and all of you who may read this.

Very poor customer service.My repeat prescription is never complete and ready to pick up on one journey. What about the elderly who don't drive and have long distance s to walk and make repeated trips in the winter. Manager and staff are poorly organised and hold our custom to ransom as they know we are unable to travel elsewhere.We are sick customers and are not cared for appropriately from staff whose job is to care for people.They have a month to prepare to have stock in but we always have to return 2nd and 3rd time to collect incomplete orders. They pass the buck everytime and don't take responsibility therefore service is never improvedNot happy with them at all but I have nowhere else to go.Today I could not go to work because I'm sick due to not having medication on time and have lost a day's work.They the manager doesn't careLinda Situn

Been using this branch for over 5 years for repeat prescription plus other needsLast 2 months has been appalling Items not given as packed separatelyThis month no request sent so delay in receiving vital medicines

Please don't order click and collect from here.I ordered an item and did not collect it. When I went to collect the item, I was told by staff at the store that it had been sent back. I then rang customer service who said it has not been sent back. They tried to contact the store for confirmation and were unable to do so for approx 4 weeks. I had an email saying they have managed to contact the store, who confirmed the item had been collected.This has not happened, so I've asked for proof which they are yet to provide. However, please be careful ordering click and collect - there is something suspicious going on, so I have asked boots customer services to investigate further. I'm presuming they have CCTV.Just be careful - I lost £50 but this could be a lot more if you order to this store.

Always friendly and do their best to help you whatever you ask for. Will even ring other stores to see if they have something they haven't got for you. Always use this pharmacy out of the 3 in Wombourne.
