People who work are nice. However The phones are never answered however when i am in store i see people answering.very confusing. wait times are high and so are queues.

Ordered prescription form GP.
Boots state they had not received.
GP confirms as sent.
Boots again deny recieving. I told them to refresh screen and it appeared by magic.

I cannot understand why Boots close for lunch. This is 2024...not 1954, what next half day closing on Wednesdays? Boots management really need to do better, it's not difficult to stagger lunch time staff rotas, that's basic supervision/management. I am always shocked how many customers they lose after all, many people use their lunch hours to collect their prescriptions and to shop. Boots - when are you going to join this millennia?

Wait times through the roof now it?s the only local boots (2 others locally have shut probably more) and the staff?s attitude to customers in this place is appalling due to how busy it is. Will be 100% using somewhere else in future.

Very poor boots head office need to have there heads tested shutting 2 stores down and not preparing my local store for the change my prescriptions from the beginning of march I've only just picked up on the 30/4/24

Closes between 12 and 1 daily!!!! The amount of people I've watched try to go there in the five minutes I've been outside the store is ridiculous. People pop to shops on their lunch break, this may be the only time in the week they can get there! They really need to rethink this policy, close later if needs be but not one of the only times workers can get there.
