The pharmacy in this store is an absolute disgrace, phone unanswered for over 10 minutes. Rang the enquiry line instead, only to be told they were too busy to answer the phone. My prescription also refused.Disgusting customer service!! Rated one star as couldnt post with no rating

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch customer service at the store, specifically at the till with (Cindy & Annette) at Boots branch in Bentley bridge, Wolverhampton , that left me truly impressed. From the moment I approached the checkout counter, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm from them.Not only they were efficient and quick in processing my purchase, but they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a seamless and pleasant transaction. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any questions I had made me feel valued as a customer.What truly stood out to me was the exceptional level of professionalism and friendliness displayed throughout the entire interaction. They exuded a positive attitude and took the time to engage in friendly conversation, creating a welcoming and personalized experience.Overall, my experience at the store's till was nothing short of outstanding. The exceptional customer service I received has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me, and I will not hesitate to return for future purchases. Kudos to the dedicated staff for their commitment to providing exceptional service - it truly sets this store apart from the rest. Thank you for making my shopping experience a memorable one!

The store seemed very cramped, and it was difficult to find what I was looking for and not as much choice of products as other Boots stores. Also, customers were waiting far too long to be served. I just felt I couldn't wait to get out of there.

The pharmacy is a joke. Spent over an hr waiting for a prescription that was delivered to them last week from my drs. 1 pharmacist working trying to sign off prescriptions and attend to appointments in the consultation room. More staff are needed. The last thing people want to do when they are poorly is have to sit on hard uncomfortable chairs in a store waiting over an hour to receive their medication. I'll be taking my custom elsewhere

The general shop is fine and is great for gifts and cosmetics. They get the 2*However.... The pharmacy is awful. I occasionally pick up prescriptions for an aunt. I've never waited less than 10 mins to get to the counter. Often the order is incomplete or not even ready! On many occasions I've been asked to come back later or tomorrow.My suggestion is to use another more organised chemist.

Pharmacy is very slow, and depending on which pharmacist is on duty be prepared for poor customer service, the sales assistant is lovely but feel for her as people are always moaning how poor it is
