Why is it that when you visit, not for pleasure- to collect a prescription; you're left standing in a queue, no acknowledgement from counter staff, no apology for your wait or for being ignored for 9 minutes, to then be told... 20 minute wait for your prescription!!!!! ? Time to leave and and come back another day FFS

Dear god! From bad to worse, from not answering their telephone to items ?not in? and believe me the customer is always WRONG in this laughing stock of a pharmacy.
I managed to get my 6 days late meds from a tiny little chemist closer to my home who not only provided me with advice but excellent good old fashioned customer care. Customers are leaving this place in droves ? I can only advise that you do the same.

The guy at the till threw my cotton wool at me after scanning, even if it was an accident, he didn't apologise. Sounded he didn't want to be there, wasn't very pleasant. even though the card machine was a bit if a reach, he made me lean forward to pay, instead of him bringing it closer to me.

Very bad customer service I have been there for buy perfume 20 minutes nobody?s came to see me in perfume area called 2-3 times at till they were continuously telling someone is coming more then 20 minutes nobody came there

I visited this Boots branch today, 17th May at around 12.30pm - I wanted a new foundation for my menopausal crazy skin - unfortunately the Boots No7 lady wasn't there - but fortunately the young lady on the perfume counter was !
I don't know your name, but thank you so much for helping me with my foundation, matt eyeshadows and bronzer - they're perfect.
Also, the Prada Intense perfume is gorgeous, thank you so much for the suggestion, I am really happy I bought it - you made my shopping experience less scary and fun !

The staff are always so rude at this store, I really can?t understand how they get away with delivering such bad customer service. If you ask any member of staff for help it is too much trouble for them to help you and it clearly shows with their bad attitude. As for the pharmacy, I have never experienced such slow and disgusting service!
They are happy to keep you waiting for an hour at least, they are not even sorry to have kept you waiting and you are lucky if they acknowledge you at all in the first place!!
Sort yourselves out staff or if you are that unhappy working there then get another job!!

The pharmacy in this store is an absolute disgrace, phone unanswered for over 10 minutes. Rang the enquiry line instead, only to be told they were too busy to answer the phone. My prescription also refused.Disgusting customer service!! Rated one star as couldnt post with no rating
