Absolutely disgraceful service at Boots. On the 11th of July, I bought a perfume as a gift for my brother. The sales assistant, Sarah, gave me the wrong perfume and insisted it was the one I asked for. I trusted her, and as a result, my brother?s birthday was completely ruined.
When I went back to the store to explain their mistake and try to sort it out, I was met with zero help and even worse?appalling attitude. A man with a beard and tan skin was unbelievably rude. He didn?t just refuse to help; he treated me with total disrespect, as if I was the problem. No apology, no accountability, nothing.
This is absolutely unacceptable from a store like Boots. The staff clearly don?t care about customer experience and certainly don?t take responsibility for their own mistakes. I will never be shopping there again?and I strongly advise others to think twice before they do. I am a visitor to this country and I promised myself never to return.

I went to the Boots in Mander centre today and what a awful experience from the two staff members one at the parfume counter and one at the parfume counter and when asked for help they extremely rude they need future training in customer service I was asked to wait for twenty minutes and after twenty minutes it turned into half hour when either of them could have help me with a product I needed and they chose not. This branch has gone downhill massively!

Staff are incredibly poor, rude and lazy. Staff all go on lunch during peak lunchtime leaving huge till queues with noone to cover. Lady with a stick running round running all the self-scan tills and a lad on aftershave who is always talking to the security guard I've seen start 2 arguments with customers so must feel very protected to be able to do so.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at one of your stores today, (WV1 3EX STORE)-Mander centre
I went in to purchase a serum and asked two members of staff for help in finding it. Unfortunately, one of the staff members spoke to me in an unprofessional and unpleasant manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I expect a basic level of courtesy and helpfulness from Boots staff, and this experience fell well short of that. I hope this matter can be looked into, and that staff are reminded of the importance of respectful customer service.

Staff are so rude. One brown hair lady served me at estee lauder counter, she was from another counter. I stated I want to wait for estee lauder lady as she will know my requirements better, she was pig headed about it, bad mannered, I spent over £300 and turns out she even gave me wrong item. No cleansing balm when I returned home but I had a box of bronzer I did not ask for but was charged for. Absolutely no free samples added to my purchase yet its estee lauder standard to gift for purchase. Won't use this boots again. The lady sounded European, there is a suspicion she did not like my skin tone shall we say. Sad attitude in this day and age.

Got a letter from the Opticians, calling my wife in for a contact lens check. They're holding back the lenses until she has this check.Got there, she was in for 2 mins !!!!!Turns out the previous Optician didn't update her file, from the previous visit, and the eye test wasn't required........,?1 day off work, and a wasted Taxi journey...Must Do Better. No excuses!

Visited the pharmacy, as I had a faulty insulin pen and that left me in a spot of bother. They did me an emergency prescription straight away, few simple questions to answer and it was done. They were very helpful, polite and nothing was to much trouble. Great service.

The price of the item I bought beat the price on the internet, and the pharmaceutical relief I had from it was top notch, couldn't be better. A nice big store full of colourful products.
