Absolutely disgraceful service at Boots. On the 11th of July, I bought a perfume as a gift for my brother. The sales assistant, Sarah, gave me the wrong perfume and insisted it was the one I asked for. I trusted her, and as a result, my brother’s birthday was completely ruined.

Staff are incredibly poor, rude and lazy. Staff all go on lunch during peak lunchtime leaving huge till queues with noone to cover. Lady with a stick running round running all the self-scan tills and a lad on aftershave who is always talking to the security guard I've seen start 2 arguments with customers so must feel very... read full comment
