The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their customers. The shop itself is clean, well-organized and has such a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

The lady that works here is truly a delight! She is the most respectful, polite lady I have had the pleasure of being served by in a long time. Always smiles and talks to customers in a very positive way. She's a black lady with glasses I think and if she isn't already the manager, she should be! I run my own business and know full well how the world turns and this lady is a true asset to the company, she knows her job inside out and always wears a smile. No drama, just happy pleasant vibes.

I?ve noticed that there are people coming into our betfred disrespecting the manager as she has to put up with a lot with customers and others. She?s not rude but if you go in with attitude you will get it back the staff at betfred in heath town are lovely we look after each other so if you come in attitude your due to get it back treat people with respect and you get respect back.

Literally just been in this shop. I had £7 in change. Put in the machine for a bet on the darts and the machine wasn't working . Internet unavailable. The member of staff Kieran shouted at me when I told and said I COULDN'T CARE LESS AND YOU CAN HAVE ALL YOUR MONEY BACK IN CHANGE. disgrace. I play the Irish lotto here every week. Never again. I've reported him. I hope they dismiss him
