The whole experience with Bensons for beds was fantastic. Ladies in the shop, nothing was too much trouble. They even turned down the heating system due to my mom being in oxygen. Highly recommend this company. It was highly recommended to us.

Matt & Eddy were charming, very helpful and considerate. They even asked if we'd like them to take their shoes off as we'd had new carpet laid. They were friendly, kind and worked EXTREMELY hard! Thank you ever so much!!!

The older of the 32 guys worked hard and was courteous, the younger guy, not so much. Seemed to be quick to find a reason not to do something.As mentioned above, they also broke a highly personal picture which we now have to get reframed. We will be looking to regain the cost of this.

The sales rep there (white lady with glasses) was absolutely rude to me. I came into the store and she was watching a movie and couldn?t care less. Was absolutely rude to me in front my GF. Whoever is in charge here please this woman that works Samsara

I?m always wary about going in bed shops but bensons for bed we?re great they wasn?t at all pushy went out his way to find the right bed we we looking for very good customer service very knowledgeable a great experience would definitely recommend
