I am working away for work, and am quite used to restaurants that are with the hotel.
I ordered the Mixed grill with steak cooked medium.
Unfortunately, the steak came out a little more well done than I'd like, so I had the order sent back.
However, I am happy to say that the order was made with no fuss thanks to the manager Alan and his team. Compliments to the chef the second time round.
We all make mistakes, but it's the way the action was handled to which I was very happy about.
I would happily recommend eating here, knowing all the staff were friendly, and the mistake was sorted out very quickly.

This place is one of the best beefeaters around if you are looking for a very high quality meal this is the place. I went here with friends yesterday and the employees were very welcoming and were very joyful

It was a great meal with everything spot on, food was hot, well prepared, and tasty. But, the most amazing thing was the service, Caitlin was fantastic, attentive, pleasant, and a credit to the business.

We Celebrated my moms birthday meal here , had a wonderful server Evonne nothing was to much trouble and very friendly, food cooked by Richard was outstanding

Best breakfast around by a country mile when taking into consideration the quality of the food, service and price. It?s always pretty busy which means the food (breakfast) is turned over regularly and whilst it appears that some people seem very aggrieved bat having to wait 10 seconds for something that has run out to be replaced, a little patience pays dividends with a fresh supply arriving moments later. I think I have high expectations and the majority of pubs and cafes are distinctly average and overpriced around here - this place is such a sweet spot in this regard. We have kids and it?s nice that they can get what they want and they are free with a paying adult, which again is refreshing because they hardly eat anything! You can probably tell I?m a fan and we go regularly, so I need to thank Laura, Emma, Ange, Evan and Dylan, all running around constantly at the whim of the customers and taking lots of unnecessary abuse due to a lack of patience- I?m sure they?re doing their best!
I?d recommend this place all day long?.
Parking: Patrons only but never struggled for a space.

Great staff but really poor quality food. Beefeater has turned into Brewers fayre but at twice the price.

I come to Wolverhampton for work and regularly stay at the Premier Inn. The staff at the Beefeater are always lovely - friendly and attentive. I?ve never had a bad meal at the Beefeater and food always meets my expectation. We were served by Elise tonight and she was very friendly and gave us great service.

Restaurant is Really impressive, staff are very switched on and no exactly how to deliver great customer service. Food was good and atmosphere great, shame can?t be same said of the Bar Manager she?s a very rude and comes across as she has a problem with everyone she serves, you can see the other members staff almost shiver when she walks past them, don?t think she?s heard of smiling, shame because rest of the pub restaurant is great.

Our waitress Sam was lovely and very attentive. Food was really delicious, big portions and fresh. I had steak and chips. Would recommend for the price!

Went for Sunday dinner with 12 of my family (we had booked)
From the moment we walked in staff made it very obvious that they couldn?t be bothered with the extra work they were going to do.
They had only been open for 30 minutes and the place was nearly empty but we were told they had no beef (BEEFEATER) and limited with other meats.
Enough for 4 of us! The rest of the party had no choice but to choose off the menu.
?Do not go for food at this Beefeater?
