Almost 2 hours sitting in the waiting area just to unblock an account. They just needed to confirm the identity. I understand it can be busy but sat there watching people come in after us come and go ?. Once we got seen the woman that delt with us was really kind and friendly, couldn't of done more to help us! Rhoanne was her name I think or something very similar. But unfortunately will never be step foot in the bank again.

Was discriminated due to my skin colour being black had and appointment booked to open a student account was told in the waiting area there?s no point opening an account with us stick with your normal provider when it?s my choice! Sad that this still goes on in this day an age.

Quick service and excellent. I visited today and I had quick service. The branch opened 9.30am and before then, the staff were ready waiting for the customers. I was attended to immediately. Altogether, I didn?t spend up to 5mins and everything was sorted.

I give two stars because I find staff to be pleasant and friendly but I hate this self service now and there aren't enough staff around to deal with queries!! I have been with this bank a long time, around 30 years and I get fed up of queuing like today!! The girl on the cash desk was so SLOW and I was in a rush, you need to be quicker when people are waiting always a long wait here so I had to return to the front desk and the machine is a pain when putting money in!! The woman was nice but kept on talking to a member of staff keeping me waiting when I told her I was in a rush - not pleased at all, Barclays isn't like it used to be!!?

I have had to use this branch a couple of times recently, the Lady Branch Manager and all her staff are incredibly helpful, efficient and very very pleasant to deal with. Brilliant service.

Opening a/c there took 3 months, instead of ?10 working days? . 20 days ago visited branch to get statement and new PIN ?. Still awaiting both .

Put me on a 3 month waiting list for an appointment, by which point the interest rate has changed and they also called me to cancel the appointment the day before and told me to call back and re-book another one - no chance.

I think the staff here do a fantastic job based on the demands of the customers that attend. Seeing how rude and aggresive some of the customers are, I would give all the staff a medal. Especially the Blonde petite Manager.
