We popped in today to seek advice on saving accounts as we've recently gotten a bit of money we'd like to work for us.
Spoke to Bal who explained the various options and allowed me time to process and digest the information, being vastly outside my comfort zone.
She guided my wife through the process of setting up the suitable accounts for our immediate needs on the app.

I recently opened a savings account at barclays Wolverhampton and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and the process was quick and easy. I was seen straight away, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Charlotte, who guided me through the entire process with ease. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received.
