Never went here 2day only walked past the place, I have been here 2wice & NEVER AGAIN, if u want get hair bleached wear something old cause u will probably come home with it ruined as wht happened with mine & if u call DON'T expect a call back from the manager as this is wht happened with me very appalling & unprofessional of a manager....

Emily made me feel at ease straight away with her kind and caring nature. She was friendly, attentive, considerate and really took the time to understand me and the needs of my hair. She did an absolute fantastic job and I left the Salon feeling so much more confident with my newly styled hair. Thank you Emily and Bad Apple Hair Wolverhampton for making this visit so enjoyable. Also, what I loved most about the Salon and Emily is how inclusive the service was and how welcome I was made to feel. As someone who wears a headscarf, I was still treated with the utmost respect and I never felt judged at any point during my appointment. Honestly, I cannot thank you enough.
