Went to B&Q Bilston twice recently to ask about MDF cutting. Both times different staff told me they “don’t do it anymore” in a dismissive way. I believed them and ended up buying four packs of ready-made panelling kits instead – costing me around £80 more than if I’d just bought MDF and had it cut.
