I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mis Sammy and Phoebe from the customer service team at Asda Wolverhampton for their outstanding assistance. I recently encountered an issue with a lost parcel, and their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care completely turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience.
Both Mis Sammy and Phoebe went above and beyond in tracking down my parcel and ensuring the issue was resolved promptly. Their communication was clear and empathetic, and they kept me informed every step of the way. It?s rare to find such an exceptional level of service these days, and they truly exceeded all my expectations.
Their friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills are a credit to the store, and I couldn?t be more grateful for their help. Thanks to them, my parcel was found, and the matter was resolved smoothly. Asda Wolverhampton is lucky to have such amazing team members who genuinely care about their customers.

I took the scanner so as not to waste time and once it was my turn to pay all my shopping came out of my bags to be scanned a second time. if you don't trust people then open all the cash registers. and on top of that in all that confusion I left the box with the tea there. I don't care about the three pounds. I care that I'm doing 13 hours in the factory and I have to waste time at Asda tonight too. try to change your attitude.

Avoid working here. They have been investigated for wage errors, not paying staff correctly and therefore breaching minimum wage law.

Just been to collect my order from "George" at Wolverhampton and as the girl was putting the collection number in the machine another woman came up shouting "No !! We've closed it early" and refused to pricess the order.
I've sat in all night waiting for this order which was PROMISED for tonight as I NEED it 1st thing tomorrow.
CRAP service. If it would allow me to give you ZERO stars I would.

We lost our bike from Asda parking it was locked with two chains in bike parking area just opposite to the ATMs and when we asked the CCTV operator on the main entrances he just casually gave a lame answer that ASDA's CCTV do not capture that area.
It happened on 15th October 2024 at around 18.00 to 18.07. we were shopping from Asda since when we came to UK but this casual culture of their employees and due to our loss we are so so disappointed.
No matter how cheap they sell their items if ASDA management or or as an entity can not give security to the parked vehicles or bikes it will be the worst place to shop with as the little money someone will save from the pricing can not cover the cost of someone's loss to their vehicle / car or any other valuables.

Embarrassing at the state of this store, if I went into any shop and it was this disgraceful I'd walk out and report you to the environmental health. So I've walked out The shop is filthy,stocked like no one cares. I guess they don't and the owners know that.

Absolutely love this store, it's my go to shop. The staff are lovely and always there to help, the security are incredible. I would of given it a 5 star however what ruins it is the beggars you bump into outside. One of the beggars (cuz there is usually 3 or 4) made me cry because I wouldn't give them money, or transfer her money or buy her something from the shop.
So it is a wonderful shop but sometimes hard to get in and out without been bothered or intimidated.

Waiting outside at 7pm, they take 30min extra to open up the doors. Don't come early, the opening times are a joke.

Store has some great offers on, but went in cafe ,nice cuppa, but the standard of food is extremely poor, sausage I had looks as though it's been kept warm for along time,never again, nobody at the counter,
