Ridiculous, ordered through justeat, waited 2 HOURS for my order just for it to then be cancelled, it is 10:30pm at night and nowhere else is open, not a GCSE between the whole of the staff who work there, id be surprised if they could even write their own name if I'm being honest, this is exactly why they'll not achieve anything more than working at asda.

Not the nicest of Asda stores and certainly in need of a refit, but despite alot of empty spaces on shelves, they had what I went in for. The staff were very friendly, but I'm not too impressed with the range, the prices and the cleanliness. The cleanliness is more down to the aging fittings than actaul lack of cleaning though.
There is a car park and disabled spaces at the front. Plenty of trollies and a few baskets. On checkout theres self scan and manned tills.
Not a store to get excited about, but it's handy and convenient, as long as when you leave by car, you want to go into town ?. I did a sneaky u turn( ?) on the one way dual carriageway.

I'm a delivery driver I've been to collected delivery from the Asda, but unfortunately the workers are so rude. That kept me nearly 40 minutes to get delivery from them when I ask one of the workers how long I'll have to wait to get my delivery she was eating a crisp she was taxing on the phone she like i don't know darling I don't know darling how long then she called the manager by telling the manager, I have a attitude problem when I spoken to the manager the manager wasn't like a manager honestly, and I'm so sorry to say that a big business runs by a workers who doesn't care about the business I'm really really sorry for the business

Asda Review: A Disappointing Experience
I?ve been shopping at Asda for several years, but my recent experiences have left me thoroughly disappointed. Here are a few reasons why I can no longer recommend this supermarket:
Unreliable Online Delivery: Asda's online delivery service has become increasingly unreliable. Orders are often late, and sometimes items are missing altogether. It?s frustrating to plan meals around a delivery that doesn?t arrive as scheduled.
Poor Customer Service: When I?ve tried to reach out for help, the customer service has been less than satisfactory. Responses are slow, and when I do get through, the representatives seem unhelpful and uninformed about their own policies.
Declining Product Quality: Over the years, I?ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of products. Fresh produce often spoils quickly, and some items just don?t taste as good as they used to. It?s disappointing to see a once-reliable store fall short in this area.
Inconsistent Stock Levels: It?s common to find shelves empty or stocked with items that are not on my shopping list. This inconsistency makes it difficult to rely on Asda for my weekly grocery needs.
Negative Reputation: According to various reviews, Asda has been one of the most complained-about supermarkets, with a TrustScore of just 1.5 out of 5. This speaks volumes about the overall customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, my experiences with Asda have been frustrating, and I?m considering switching to a different supermarket that values its customers and provides better service. I hope they can turn things around, but for now, I can?t recommend them.

Trollies not in trolley bay; a few inside the store. Picked a couple of unintended items and headed for the milk. All the milk bays were virtually empty, ended up buying Cravendale; only whole milk available. Spoke to staff member who shouted to a colleague; "No milk delivery yet?" Inaudible response but apparently no milk yet. Next; Warburtons. Oops, no Warburtons so decided on a Roberts. Spoke to staff member who then shouted to a colleague with a similar result. Found the remaining items we had come in for and headed for the checkout. This part had us fuming.
The self service checkout displayed a total and the e-voice told us we had items needing staff approval - Paracetamol. Lady from the main counter started to make her way to us and was spoken to by 3 Asian men who had just turned the corner from the aisle behind her. She stopped dead in her tracks and did a swift about turn and dealt with those men. Others appeared at the counter and she continued serving those people. My wife went over to the counter and asked what the score was and she received a terse response that we would be seen to soon. A minute later a younger member of staff arrived at our checkout and did the honours with her card authorising our drugs deal.
I'm hoping the race of those men wasn't the deciding factor in our being relegated to the back. The only other possible excuse is that we are old and don't matter. The first staff member should bear in mind that she is white and will be old herself soon enough.

Quite frankly the worse customer service ever, and probably the worse Asda store in England they keep replacing my items with rubbish..driver also refused to bring my shopping upstairs...beyond a joke... because he said he wasn't insured ten minutes later he decided too because I said let me ring head office

Even when they had to ready to be collected. VERY ASHAMED OF ASDA HEATH TOWN!!!

Staff are always polite, it's can get very busy though and they are often short staffed so waiting times can be longer than normal.
