Absolutely rubbish service . They refused to give me my medication for ivf which was very important for me . They refused a prescription from a private clinic and said we can?t unless prescribed from GP but they didn?t seem to understand it?s a private prescription from a well known ivf clinic everything was in front . I could have lost my baby because of them. Please do not go to this chemist. Thanks to phoenix pharmacy that gave my my medication after seeing the private prescription. I won?t even go even if was only pharmacy.

Fantastic service and really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff at this pharmacy. Highly recommend. I needed two prescriptions which they had in stock when plenty of others didn?t. Will definitely be my go to pharmacy from now on.

Very bad experience. Unprofessional staff. My wife and the kids had a cough.Went there with a picture that my wife sent me of a product I wanted and then they said its not good for kids under 12 and then sold me another product after the person at the tilt asked sone other ones in the bacj if its right and the product is for adults only. I decided to buy them both believing that they know better. When I got into the car I've read on the bottle and it said that it's OK for kids over 1. Went back to them telling that I'm not happy and I want my money back. I know the company policy doesn't allow us to take the product back but I don't think it's fair that I've had to pay for a something that I will not use.When I asked for my money back the ladies in there started to laugh and then said that the person at the tilt its just a kid and should not be made accountable for this. I found this weird. I'll note that they didn't give me a receipt first time and not even the second time when I asked for one.I just think it's not safe to go in there if they couldn't read the instructions on the bottle. I don't want to think about when they have to give u a recommendation.Just avoid this place.They didn't give an apology.

Me and my family were new to this pharmacy but I must say they are one of the best-they listen to our needs and deliver without hesitation which we needs due to all our medical needs-highly recommen this pharmacy

I have used Anderson's since the 60's.To many errors, and excuses. Switching over to an alternative pharmacy 0 star option not available unfortunately.
