Brought a wheel in to have a tyre changed on it which I supplie and when I received it back I had multiple scratches and paint chips around the rim and the inside of the wheel, when I confronted them about this and their attitude completely changed, they admitted that it was them but wouldn't even offer to reimburse me for the damages done or give me a refund for having the tyre fitted as they said "we would be fitting the tyre for free then" which resulted in the owner walking off in an unprofessional mannerThey complained about me supplying my own tyre which I can't see the issue with but only complained about it when I confronted them about the damaged wheel.Highly wouldn't recommend

I came here recently for my MOT, 5* service as always. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is fully stocked and reasonably priced.

Had my MOT done they fitted me in the same day, my first time visiting nice laid back and pleasant staff and a nice selection of Oxford accessories, some helmets and clothing range and a good selection of bikes for sale, it may have been my first time visiting but won't be my last.
