0 star went for back/hip problems for year then hip pain back got worse the past 6 months, just had mri scan got bulge on disc , ask dr about results and why am I having constant pain she said she doesn?t know I?m not qualified I said what ? Not only is she not qualified but she?s not a GP just a practitioner and she couldn?t help me , I asked what can you do and why am I in pain she said nothing, then said I can?t give you painkillers i didn?t even ask her about them, she was so rude, pathetic unprofessional I said I?m not a junky, I then ask her to make me appointment to see a Dr that is qualified I was told to go on line, I said wow , I went straight to reception and they booked me appointment today same day I just saw that horrible person, I?m extremely disappointed in the way I have been treated,

My mom suffers from MS, Fibromyalgia, and Chrones. She has specific medication prescribed for these ailments. However not only did this surgery fail to diagnose her for over a decade, they also never seem to be able to get my mom?s medication in on time. There has been multiple times when she has been left for days without medication and in excruciating pain. I wouldn?t wish this on anyone. If you can find a different gp surgery, please do so.

I would give this zero if there was zero. They have changed from phone and walk in to make a appointment, to now making appointments online! What an absolute joke.. For those of us who work, how are we supposed to be able to log on and make an appointment and what about the elderly who don't have access to devices and/or are not computer or cyber literate. I am disgusted. Trying to get an appointment and having to go through this rigmarole is a farce and frustrating. I have never seen the same Dr, struggled to get appointments and now I cannot just pop in to make an appointment...Im already in search for a new surgery. Disgraceful.

This surgery has no respect for the patients. The receptionists par Kully are a joke, they have attitude and let the phones ring out. Why do they have a job? Doors are locked as they are scared to be confronted so don?t be keyboard warriors then! Recently changed from phone which was horrendous to online only how are the elderly who have been used to it for decades adapt to that. Surgery is a joke and nothing like it was back in the days of dr Kainth!!

Which once used to be a great community surgery has now turned to absolute shambles. You would be lucky to get an appointment and you will see a different doctor each time you visit. There is no continuity in this place and the poor receptionist are helpless.

Recently signed up me, my son and my partner to this surgery as we'be moved house. It's been difficult to get appointments at times but Kully as gone above and beyond to get it sorted. I truly appreciate what she as done. Very surprised to see all these negative comments towards her as she as been nothing but kind, caring and understanding towards myself and my family.

If I could give 0 stars I would because 1 star is too good for this surgery phoned on the 12th to put a prescription though and today on the 21st still hasn't been delivered as the doctor only put it through on the 17th this is the worst surgery in Wolverhampton and I advise you not to register with this surgery can't get appointments can't get prescriptions don't waste your time on this surgery

Went to see a doctor after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. Only to be rushed and told I only have ten minutes. She didn?t explain anything properly and just kept huffing and puffing looking at her watch. This is the kind of doctors this surgery has to offer. Your number 20 in the queue when calling but the receptionists are just chilling there having a laugh and joke! It?s a tota mockery of the system where vulnerable individuals are pushed against time and given extra stress when they are told about possibly lifelong issues without explaination. All she did was keep reading off her monitor like wow some doctor you are! Gone are the days with proper patient interaction. Avoid this surgery if possible!

I would like to share my opinion about the reception, the lady kully does not treat people well, she insults people, shouts, humiliates people, when people want to ask about an appointment, she shouts, swears, insults in front of people, is that normal with people, so people move on, then they leave to look for someone else doctor because she treats people badly she makes people upset she said mine family cannot speak English properly.

Only having to leave one start as there is no option for zero stars.My mum has been registered with one of member practices of ?Health and Beyond? for over 40yrs.With her declining health, she is housebound. Tried to get a home visit on the advice of secondary care clinic and the reception team flatly refused claiming she is out of catchment area! Impossible to get appointments in general and simple things like medication requests take forever.Another case of how a conglomerate such as health and beyond have driven a family practice into disrepute, SHAME ON YOU!
