Spoke to Matt W at the Wolverhampton branch who was polite and very knowledgeable. He sorted a quick delivery for me! Andrew the driver was also very polite and even offered to give me a hand with the materials.

Well after receiving the most terrible customer service at the rushall branch who were no help whatsoever I phoned the Lichfield one a spoke to a lovely young man called Luke who took the time to find what I wanted with the Willenhall branch and I went into Willenhall to pay for my goods and a lovely young man called zac I think zac and Luke are a credit to Travis Perkins and could teach those at rushall a thing or two about customer service keep up the good work x
