Terrible service too many lies about repeat prescriptions. The girl serving had no idea wat I wanted due to lack of English. I felt sorry for her but she was very rude and could tell she was frustrated and getting angry

I went to this pharmacy or the first time to buy teething gel for my 9 months old child. I simply asked them for bonjela and receptionist give it to me without checking expiry of the gel. When I went out of the shop I checked it and it was expired in feb 2023 which means 6 months ago. I asked them and then they changed with another . It is staff duty to check all the dates before giving medicines to customers. I am posting this just because it?s not about my baby but also others. It?s my request to the staff to check everything before giving to. Your customers. Thanks.

I'm sick and tired of the lies from this chemist. My prescription was at the pharmacy on Wednesday, I phoned On Friday to see if they were going to deliver them, one of the staff said they would be, but nothing has been delivered. I put a repeat prescription in because I was almost out of my medication. Now, because of the lies from the staff member, I shall be in a lot of pain until I get my medication. Totally shameful. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this pharmacy. Lie about prescription. They received my son?s prescription. I went there for collection and they haven?t got in stock and said collect it tomorrow. I wasn?t able to go back next day but After about 10 days when i checked back they said it?s already collected that?s totally lie and on the top the young man?s attitude ? OMG.
