Went this morning 14/07/23 arrived at 06:04 am. I only wanted MILK for hot drinks for work our Colleagues in the office. I was informed we open at 6am to which I said it is past 6am and the person said no its not by her phone time, and they open at at 6. Well if that's the case why are cars fueling up before 6am if you don't open till 6am.Someone really needs to educate this person on customer service. I've frequently used morrisons for work lunches as only round corner.I will not be returning out of principal because I was disgustedI went else where for the milk and will do infuture

If I could leave zero stars on this occasion I would. Diabolical custom service. Being blatantly ignored when they have been made aware there's an issue with the pump I've tried to use. Morrisons need to set some retraining in place in regards to the correct level of customer service you'd expect from this type of business. Not helpful at all.
