Terrible!!! Been in twice this week to speak to someone and not even been acknowledged! Waited for 15 minutes at enquiry desk both times and although there was no one waiting at the cashiers still no one came to speak to me!! Banked with lloyds for 30+ year's ! Time for a change.

the phone number is a national number it does not get you through to the willenhall branch, it seems a long way round just to get information from a local branch, they even want your account number before you get put through to a live customer service
