After a nightmare visit to Kwik Fit Gloucester on Friday 10th who could not have been more unhelpful if they had tried what a pleasure it was to be served by a guy called Tom and the team at Willenhall, very welcoming, very polite, courteous and professional not sure how the company has 2 differing depots who are at different ends of the scale.

I travel to Willenhall from Perton, 30-45min away. The staff at the site have been there since I have been going and are familiar. Always helpful and easy to do business with.

Came in because my exhaust had fallen loose, the guy on front desk was fab, he ordered a part I needed straight away and it was fitted the next morning. When I picked my car up he even took a look at my mums seat belt buckle for her because it wasn?t clicking in. Super friendly and helpful - thank you! :-)

The staff were very helpful and courteous and the waiting room was clean and tidy.I was advised that my car didn?t need the attention that I had been told was urgent - the work wasn?t just carried out because I had asked to do which the staff could have done. It saved me the cost of the work (which will have to be done sooner or later - but much later!!) I also took the advice of renewing my tyre repair unit which the staff advised me was out of date.

Staff very friendly, MOT went fine. Would have been 5 star but did not get call when my vehicle was ready - I checked the MOT online database to see I had a new MOT therefore knew the vehicle was ready.
